With the retirement of analogue phone lines, people can no longer choose where to install their phone inside their home. Since landline telephones now need to be plugged into an internet box to work, they need to remain wherever the internet box is. But what if the internet box is in a room where one would not appreciate having a telephone ? For example in a bedroom or in the garage? The Liberty 200 offers an innovative solution to this problem. A small and silent phone base that you can connect to your internet box, and a cordless handset that you can place wherever is most convenient for you.

  • CAN BE PLACED ANYWHERE - The cordless handset you will use to make and receive calls is delivered with a very small base unit, which is the only one that needs to be plugged into your internet box for the Liberty to work. This telephone can thus be placed anywhere in your house, you just need to make sure there is an AC socket not too far away to recharge the handset some time to time.
  • HEARING AID COMPATIBLE - Geemarc designed this cordless phone with the needs of hearing people in mind. If you are wearing hearing aids and wish to use them while on the phone, simply put your hearing aids on the “T” setting.
  • EXTRA LOUDER RINGER - You will never miss a call thanks to the 75dB loud ringtone on its handset. To give you an idea, this is more or less as loud as a vacuum cleaner or a power lawn mower.
  • CALL BLOCKING FEATURE - can eliminate confusion/distress from unknown callers
  • VOLUME BOOST CONTROL - This senior phone has 5 amplification levels and is equipped with a boost button that allows the user to increase the receiver volume up to 20 dB during calls.
  • VIP PHONEBOOK - You have the possibility to store up to 60 numbers in this phone's special VIP phonebook, and to only allow incoming calls from those numbers so as to make sure your loved ones aren't bothered by scam calls or insistent telemarketers.
  • SPEED DIAL KEYS - You have the possibility of saving a phone number in some of the keys of the numeric keypad (1-2-3). You can then have these numbers dialled out automatically by holding for about three seconds the key in which they are saved. This feature can be particularly useful to elderly people who might struggle to navigate menus or remember phone numbers.
  • LARGE BACKLIT DISPLAY - The alphanumerical characters are super easy to read on this extra loud phone's display which is equipped with a white backlight.
  • EASY TO USE LARGE BUTTONS - The 8 to 10mm high digits on the phone's large and widely spaced buttons will prevent you from ever misdialling.
