We have a simple and fast process for returns if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, or there is a fault of any kind
Unwanted Product (your right to cancel order) : If within 14 days from purchase you decide that the product is not for you then it can be returned to us for a full refund (excluding the original postage cost if less than a £50 order).
- Pack up the item in original packing and include all accessories and user manual. It must of course be received in the same condition that you received the item in. Should there be damage, clear signs of use or any missing parts we may be obliged to either make a charge for this or refuse return and send the item back to you. The box seal may be broken, that is acceptable (but not any audio, media or software packing seals), otherwise the product must be complete, intact and able to resell, in other words as you would expect to receive an item.
- Use the returns label that is part of your packing note when delivered to send it back to us. If you don't have the packing slip for any reason then please contact us and we will send you one.
- Please email or call us for the return logistics and we will advise. We strongly recommend a signed for service to ensure it reaches us, this is why we always send products to you this way too.
- Once checked in we will refund you in full promptly, please note this refund will not include your return postage costs.
Faulty Product : Should an item develop a fault within the warranty period (always one year, and some of our products up to two years) then the process is different. Please contact us on 01865 699060 or email@example.com and we can help you co-ordinate the return and replacement of the item. In this case the manufacturer is normally involved, you are free to contact them directly but it is often easier to route queries through us and we are more than happy to help you resolve any issues quickly. We will also advise the correct address to send to. With a warranty return any postage charge you incur is refunded to you and we will arrange for dropping at a location convenient to you.
