This clock has consistently good reviews from our customers. We like it because it's a simple idea and well built. It can be plugged in with no further adjustments required and if unplugged will reset to the correct time and date automatically. The clock can be used in the living room, bedroom, kitchen or elsewhere and gives a clear display of day and time. Although designed for people with dementia it is a popular choice for anyone who likes to keep track of time. Highly recommended!

Helpful for people living with dementia with a clear and simple setup and shows the day, time and date to help reduce confusion. The clock was designed for those with Alzheimer's and Dementia, the two most important features being required was to answer "What day is it?" and "What time is it?". This latest 8 inch screen model has a simple auto switch-on facility when connected to the power supply and larger text in response to user feedback.

The brightness adjusts depending on day or night. The clock has fully automatic date changes, it knows all the months with 30 or 31 day and all leap years. Only the bi-annual summer/winter hour adjustment is not automatic. The clock can stand on a table or be hung on a wall (power cord connection is required in both cases).

Most customers will compare this product to the Day Clock as an alternative. We like and recommend both, as you will see the Day Clock with only periods of day rather than exact time and date is often best suited for later stage dementia, while the Digital Calendar Clock best suits early to mid stage - indeed being equally useful for anyone who simply likes to know the time and day clearly. Both are suitable for any room.
